Santa might want to step up his game; SHEET just got real.

I’ve now used the product on two occasions.

When you open the individual foil packets the first thing you notice is how SUPER wet the sheets are. That was my first indication that this was not skimping on the product. I’ve experienced my fair share of sheet masks over the years that seem a bit skimpy on the actual product. And then inevitable they dry up relatively quickly upon my face.

Not this one. Karuna certainly douses the mask in the product.

The second thing to mention is the fit. The size and cutouts for the area around your eyes, mouth, and nose are splendidly perfect. This sheet is engineered to adjust to fit many face shapes impeccably. It’s really a flawless construction.

I’ve often found that masks just don’t fit properly and that there are always areas of my face that aren’t covered, or that the eye cut outs or nose cutouts are just awkward in fit and ultimately uncomfortable to wear. Maybe not uncomfortable; burdensome, that’s a better descriptive. You know, when your kind of watching the clock, waiting for the application time to be up.

Not the case with the Karuna ones. It’s honestly the best fit I’ve experienced with any sheet mask. It fits beautifully and has a very strategic design in order to accommodate many facial contours.

And finally, the third swoon-worthy aspect is the way it feels on your face. There is no slight tingle, no sensation of warming burn, no weight or filmy feeling of something on your face, no shifting as you make facial expressions. It’s very light and flexible. It’s like a light piece of pillowy soft silk strewn across you.

Even after I removed it, I didn’t feel the need to wipe anything off my face; no residue feel. It didn’t have any sensation of something left on my skin.

The first time I used it, it was evening before bed. I had it on for about 30 minutes while I read. I wasn’t moving or talking so it felt comfortable and very unassuming to wear. So I decided I should try it while doing an activity to see how it would fair. So the other day I slapped one on while cleaning up around the house.

Hello Clarice…

And to prove I was actually doing manual labor I’ve added photo proof. Here are the remnants of artificial snow I swept up that was still atop the dining room table from taking down the Christmas decorations months ago.

Yes, I still have artificial snow from Christmas

And look how sweet one of my kids is…they drew a heart in that shit. There’s nothing like them leaving me a loving message in the mess that they know I will eventually clean up. Punks!

Anyway, I’m guessing I had the mask on for about an hour, minimum. And NO JOKE, when I removed the mask it was still damp. Honestly, it wasn’t dry and parched. The thing still had some powerful ingredients left in it; after a freeekin hour. And…It stayed put the whole time while I was moving about for an hour.

Seriously guys…it’s effortless.

I can’t say that I would profess there was a measurable improvement in how my skin looked immediately after. But, I never expect things to have a measurable improvement after one application. Good things come to those who persevere and are patient.

For me, the reward and reason for my recommendation is a result of there were no bad results. MY skin tends to be finicky and throw tantrums. Not with this mask…I didn’t break out, I didn’t have tender to the touch skin and NO temporary red tinged irritated glow.

Welcome, Subscription Box Society readers, thanks for stopping by. I'm Erin and here's a bit about me, in the 3rd person, naturally. Erin's a wife & mom of 3, a girl and twin boys. She spent most her life in San Francisco Bay Area but now lives in Colorado. She loves the first snow of the season, but not as much as the last one. She loves decorating her home for each season, loves good food, scratch that – ALL food, and reality TV. She despises putting away the laundry, being in the car when her husband is driving, and hearing her own voice. But really the only noteworthy detail here is her fascination with the brilliance behind subscription boxes. Welcome to the Society!
