I am a very picky meat eater. In fact I’m quite certain if I didn’t have 3 meat eating kids and 1 meat with every meal husband, I would likely live a lifestyle of very limited meat. This creates a challenge when I have to come up with a varied rotation of meat inspired meals.

When I have the opportunity to get out to a Steak Restaurant I jump at the chance. There’s nothing more pleasing than a quality steak. I’ve tried to prepare steak at home with the hopes of it tasting as great as the restaurants, but it never happens. I finally gave up on it until I received these beauties. Preparing these quality Karv Meals steaks with the help of the cooking tips I was able to get the closest I’ve ever been to high end restaurant quality.

Oh and then there’s the Bavette Steak…

Truth…I had no idea what it was but figured it had to have sort of French root with the whole “Bavette” thing going on. Turns out it’s strips of meat and I think are perfect for skewers. Who doesn’t like a good-ole-piece of steak of a skewer? It feels so very Renaissance.
