I’m so, so, soooo swooning over the Lip Trio by REALHER from my FabFitFun Box.
The FabFitFun Spring 2017 box had it available in 3 colors. The Deep Red, Neutral Pink and Deep nude. I was secretly hoping for them in this order of desire:
- Nude
- Red
- Pink
I received the Deep Red. I was confident I would use it on occasion, just not as often as the nude.
Shut the front door! This lip product is unexpectedly fabulous, in my humble opinion. (ok, maybe not so humble, cause I totally I know a good thing when I find one)
Nevertheless, so you know those women who have a lip that is bright and powerful, striking but classic, and it’s simply, elegantly; perfection?
It’s not dry and flaky, it’s not goopy or shiny, it’s not bleeding into lines or overflowing into the cupid’s bow. I secretly envy them! Ok, not secretly…I just don’t think it’s that charming for me to inform them each and every time I see their perfect lips. I mean that would probably be a little Chester’y (is that a word? It is now.)
Well in my endless attempt to achieve “their” lip, I’ve been playing with the Deep Red from my FabFitFun Spring Box.
Society Tip: Every woman needs one good red lip color. JUST ONE; it’s imperative.
The problem is that red is tough on us ladies who aren’t accustomed to it. It’s a hard-hitting adjustment for our psyches to see. Not for those who are looking at us, but for ourselves seeing our own reflection in a red lip.
I’m sure the phenomenon is explained somewhere in some centuries old Freud theory.
Combine my ideal product texture, wearability, and gorg color, you find yourself considering REALHER.
The stain is some serious “all get-out” lip stain. You have to be very precise with putting it on. I mean really precise, take your time because it’s staying where you put it. And then it sits, then sorta fuses into part of your lips!
Don’t be afraid; It’s a good thing. It’s your freaking lips but with color.
Next, line them with the pencil, which is super tinted and smooth…but it melts in again. No crazy clown mouth drawn on. God I miss having that natural tiny puffy line of collagen outlining my lips.
And then I threw on just some good ole fashioned chapstick. But if you wanted a bit more of a plump and shine PUT ON THE GLOSS! BOOYAHHH!
I swear to ya’ll…I categorically would recommend the REALHER Lip Products.

Here’s my advice for my fellow red fearing companions, put the red on one day when you’re doing nothing. Wear it while the kids are at school, or on the weekend while you do your closet organizing. Seriously, just wear it when you’re alone and doin yo home thang. I promise you will soon find that it no longer seems so daring.
Look at me…I’m doing it. Yep, here as I work and do sh*t around the house today. Are ya’ll appalled at my red lip?

I mean really, let’s ask ourselves, how often do we look at another in their sophisticated red lip and gasp “ohhhh myhhh gah’d!”
Rarely in my case anyway; I usually just envy that they pull it off. However, not to fear; I shall too now, with my REALHER Lips!
