ThreadLab subscriptions provide an ordering process that’s really quite simple and straight forward. And had a lot of the above and beyond factor included to it.

You create a personal profile to match personal size and apparel item choices. I created this profile for my husband. I allowed him to provide sizing answers, but I chose his preferences. Why? Because I am I’m a giver like that.

Whoa! – They have options people. But the way they have it set up is so easy and straight forward.

One of the outstanding options you encounter during the account profile set up is the create a perfect fit. The customer can add clothing already owned which fit well and look good. You know, that one golf shirt you look amazing in? Add the brand and size to your perfect fit library. How cool is that?

So, the way it works, the subscriptions are offered with budgets in mind. You can actually create all sorts of subscriptions through this tool.

Want socks and underwear monthly. Check. Want 2-3 dress golf shirts and t-shirts once a year. Check. Want both…check! This allows you to choose the amount and type of items and how frequently you receive them. You can choose up to 3 different subscriptions to be running concurrently.

I think it’s pretty awesome being able to customize your orders like that. It was a big seller for me! Ahem, I mean my husband.

Oh and don’t forget…you can skip/pause too!

Anyway, the subscriptions that you can choose are

$39.99 2-6 items (i.e. socks, boxers-briefs, undershirts)

$59.00 1-3 items

$99.00 2-4 items

$149.00 3-5 items

$299.00 5-8 items

Remember…you customize the frequency! You’re truly in control here.

And just when you think it can’t get any easier or more personalized…they allow you to personalize which brands you like, or absolutely don’t like. DUDE!!

Let me tell you, they aren’t being stingy with brand preferences either. WOW…many to choose from. I actually just left them all as selected because I was curious to see what I would receive with no limits to brand name.

Also, somewhere in there, you select the item preferences you want. This would be such categories such as: t-shirts, boxers, dress shirts, chinos, jeans, etc. Oh and you eliminate colors that you don’t like.

It’s all covered!

Once I placed the order I received a popup message informing me what to expect. It said in about a day I would receive an email letting me know that items had been picked and would be ready for my review.

Ok, cool!

But then…guess what? The CEO emailed me!!! There in my email, was an email from the CEO (ok I realize he didn’t personally send it) but it had a nice feel good personalized note.

That’s important people!

He was just letting me know that if I needed anything, or had any questions, or required any assistance with the process to simply hit him up with a reply.

He says he reads all his emails!!! And I for one, I think he does.

Kudos coming your way Mr. Hench, of ThreadLab Henches.  A CEO whose invested in his customers like that is rare, and by no means unnoticed by this customer. Sei magnifico!

Welcome, Subscription Box Society readers, thanks for stopping by. I'm Erin and here's a bit about me, in the 3rd person, naturally. Erin's a wife & mom of 3, a girl and twin boys. She spent most her life in San Francisco Bay Area but now lives in Colorado. She loves the first snow of the season, but not as much as the last one. She loves decorating her home for each season, loves good food, scratch that – ALL food, and reality TV. She despises putting away the laundry, being in the car when her husband is driving, and hearing her own voice. But really the only noteworthy detail here is her fascination with the brilliance behind subscription boxes. Welcome to the Society!
