Content wise, I think the site is easy to navigate, offers all the information it should and hits the main points at the right times. If I were looking for a fragrance subscription, there’s no reason for me to leave the site. I think the colors work well. I like the bright pop of pink against the black, white and gray. My favorite is the little scent bird waving his wings trying to get me to click “get a free perfume”. Why am I not focused…”squirrel!”

Huhh, would you look at that? What a lovely woman on the page. She’s lovely, really. I keep looking back at her. Ok, so maybe her photo is a little overpowering. Not that I’m complaining because she truly is lovely, I just find my eyes continue to drift back to her and off the information.

On the men’s page, the pink (that I liked) becomes red. I get that. I think it’s smart, not all men have embraced pink. Oh, there’s photo of a guy on the men’s page too. But he isn’t quite as overshadowing, and he wasn’t the first thing I saw.

Overall, it took me a bit of time to locate the information regarding the authenticity or origination of the actual fragrances being shipped, but I found it. I like Scent Bird’s site and find it covers all the bases.

Scentbird First Impressions Verdict

Ok, I’m Switzerland on this one. Staying neutral!

editor’s note: EEK, I just unintentionally moved my mouse and as it skimmed over my minimized browsers, she, the woman, popped up. SQUIRREL!

About The Author

mm

Welcome, Subscription Box Society readers, thanks for stopping by. I'm Erin and here's a bit about me, in the 3rd person, naturally. Erin's a wife & mom of 3, a girl and twin boys. She spent most her life in San Francisco Bay Area but now lives in Colorado. She loves the first snow of the season, but not as much as the last one. She loves decorating her home for each season, loves good food, scratch that – ALL food, and reality TV. She despises putting away the laundry, being in the car when her husband is driving, and hearing her own voice. But really the only noteworthy detail here is her fascination with the brilliance behind subscription boxes. Welcome to the Society!
